There is a kit on Ebay that replaces the chinsy plastic bushing with a hiem joint. There are bushings in the rest of the clutch area that can go bad and make engagement hard.
First step would be to check fluid level in master cylinder. If it is down or gone, you will most likely need a slave cylinder. I hope you have a diesel or 460. Otherwise, your job just got a whole lot tougher if slave cylinder is needed.
