Are you loosing the "slack" after a long application of say stop lights of drive throughs? If that is the case it may be going south on you. Mine went with only about 100,000 km (60,000 mi) I couldn't tell which was bad the master or the slave, in the end bought both, they came from ford with the line between them and already bled, biggest hassle was the catch mechanism on the clutch pedal...
