Take a 1/8 to a 1/4 inch punch, if teflon. Put upright in vice and take the seal if its hard seal, use a needlenose pliers, force over punch. Then squeeze and slide off and it should go in. Sometimes pain, might have to have a couple tries but it will work...teflon seals always a pain...scott
