SC, IA. | Obviously, puppy mills are OK though. For two years. I've been trying to get the local County inspectors and the DNR to go after a local puppy mill. All the said was, build a fence around it and it would be OK. They won't even go look at it, because they don't want to see what real tortured animal confinement really looks like. Shamefull!!! They don't really want to do their job, they just want to get the paycheck and set back and do nothing. | |
