You are so right on! The Ag industry missed the boat in the 60's when we still had real clout in Washington DC and ever other state capital for that matter. When we didn't make basic ag education part of the schools cirruculum. We have as you stated several generations removed from agriculture that vote and have no idea as to how their food gets to the table.
It is time AFBF and all the other lobby groups get together and make a positive difference. Divided we will Fall.
