Depends very much on the individual. In my opinion, the value of supply management has been completely valued into the price of quota now. If you're just starting out, it's probably a toss-up, unless the house of cards falls down on you a few years down the road. For the guy in his 50s or 60s who has most of his quota paid for years ago, they're way ahead.
