Maybe that was the same sale a friend of mine up there was at last Saturday (I think around Meeting Creek): a 1979 Chev 3-ton that sold for $17,500! I seen what the spike in interest rates back in the early '80s did to farming after it experienced the big surge of the 1970s. I'm afraid we're going down the same path.
