At the time this decision was made it should have been frozen and maybe just a skiff of snow, but you know how plans go. Didn't expect to get into the monsoon season before it got done.
If they were to do it from the inside we'd have to dismantle 60'x 12' overhead balcony storage, office, bathroom and workbench area as well as most of the electrical in the shop because so much is based from that wall.
how long should we dry lumber before putting insulation back in a wall?
