East Central Ia | Everyone in my area has gone away from both tracks and duals to the single large tires. They say tracks can be a maintenance nightmare and they pull really hard going down the road from all the rolling resistance. They like the big tires because it makes the cart a little more maneuverable compared to tracks and much simpler then duals.
I would go with as big a single tire as you can get.
