I've often wondered why they don't dig a channel or pipe to the south and hook that Redriver into the Minnesota river . . . make that river flow south (like most normal flows) instead of north. Seems it would save a bunch of pain and money over the years . . .
It'll take some heavy machinery to fix some of this damage
