I'm interested in the specs and bids if you can.  I'm assuming they are public record...if they are somehow privileged information of course I expect you would respect that.  

Our 7700 (Deere) was a government bid tractor orginally. The dealer had two or three of them in off of lease when we purchased it.  I think it's still worth pretty close to what we paid for it today...some 4000 hours and fourteen years later.  

Geeze....time flies.   I would have never thought we'd had that tractor for 14 years.
