New Holland was higher priced, McCormick was cheaper, but was only a 30 hp tractor, same salesman sold us the Bush Hog, don't know how he figured a 30 hp tractor was going to power the 15' Bush Hog.  Kinda a young and inexperienced salesman, should have insisted on talking to the sales manager, but wanted to give him a chance.

We had three bids on tractor, two bids on mower, other was Woods, lighter weight and more expensive.

Now we are going to put up the 1977 Ford 7700 and Rhino mower for sealed bids, I already have some opinions on this site as to what it might be worth, will report back when the bids are complete and units are sold, probably a couple of months--you know how government bodies work.  We only meet once a month, if we write specs next month, and accept bids the next, the fastest we could complete the sale of old equipment is two months, and there may be a delay on that.
