If it's not your primary tillage tractor or you don't need the fluid for tillage - get rid of the fluid to lighten it up for planting. Another thought would be, if it's you primary tractor for planting and tillage would be get rid of the fluid and then use weights for tillage to gain back what you take out for fluid weight . . . 

No duals, unless needed for traction/floatation in those questionable spots . . .
