I use '00' gear grease that you can get at any co-op or lubricants distributor. Usually get it in 5 gallon pails and use a hand pump that attaches to the bucket. Most gear boxes have 1/2" female pipe thread on the bottom. After draining the remaining oil, I put in an adapter that has a short length of 1/2" hose so I can insert the stinger tube on the end of the bucket pump hose and pump the box full from the bottom until I just see grease starting to cover the worm gear. Put the top plug in then remove the stinger and adapter and reinstall the bottom plug. The grease is slow to flow and you will loose very little grease. It is kind of a messy job so have plenty of rags. Have done this for many years and it works. Omni gear boxes usually come with this grease and it does work as well in this slow speed application as 85w140. Good luck.
