2800 psi is too much for the Prince pto pumps. Eaton makes a pump/gearbox combination that will do what you want. http://hydraulics.eaton.com/products/pdfs/01-624.pdf I got one from Spencer Industries (part of Applied Industrial Tech) about 6 months ago. The cost was more than a Prince pump.
