Wasn't aware of 46's being that way, just 44's, easy way to tell--tilt wheels has newer 40 series , non tilt is older 20 series. I did a valve on a 4010 this winter, very very tricky to get it set right, tolerances are less than 0.001" on the valve pushrods.
