| How about inspecting the teeth? E.g. the pedals, the seat, the steering wheel, and the drawbar for wear. Those things don't wear in 47 hours, but they do wear in 5047 hours or 20047 hours. Deere tachometers break. New replacements come set to zero hours. And there is NO law anywhere that I'm aware of that makes it a penalty to reset a tractor tachometer. A car or truck odometer, yes, but not an hour meter. I think the 47 hour claim in light of the other condition observations is as bogus as a $3 bill.
