Subject: Shurlok rool tarp question (with pic)


Bourbon, Indiana		How do you replace those bungie straps on the tarp? I"m thinking that the little white cap either pops off or unscrews so you can replace it but I don't wanna break it getting it off. Surely you don't have to take it through the whole pipe do you?
