6-16 in furrow was the standard plow for a 44 around here 'back in the day.'   An onland tends to pull a little harder, and the Deere has a reputation for being one of the harder pulling plows.  I think you would want duals for a 6 btm 2450. 

If you are looking for duals, I think I have both a pair of hubs and a pair of 16x38 wheels out back.  I'm virtually sure I have 16x34's.    The hubs I have would be DMI or similar ubolt style, not wedgelock.  They fit an 86mm axle.
