Is to take cash only, then while buyer is still with you and before you turn sold item over to him go to local bank and have bank check the bills to make sure they are not counterfeit. They have a special pen to check bills with it and it only takes a few minutes. DO NOT TAKE CASHIERS CHECKS. Other wise wire tranfer is next safest.
