Elmira, Ontario | With the little I know about your suite of tools, I suspect you've got at least one program that will do what you want. Amazing how many utility programs you can gather along with the main programs that you use. I did a quick check on my system and have at least one program. It is Nero Wave Editor which came with Nero Burning ROM (my cd burning software). I think their more recent versions might be more powerful. I could select portions of a file and cut them out, but I didn't find an easy way of being accurate enough for my taste. It could save in MP3 format, but seems to be in a demo mode which is counting down. I think it can save in wave format out of the box.
