Where is your on-star button ??? Mine are all on the rear view mirror. My wife has it in her car. When it came time to re up I said it wasn't worth $18 a month. Did buy it for $100 a year. It can help on trips and such. My father-in law has it and he needs it with his health, He can get help if needed. The phone system with it really sucked so we just us our cell phones.
