| 2 things have happened to my 1680 so far that caused the auger not to swing. A grease zerk malfunctioned on the turret and was'nt getting enough grease. Started swinging the auger out with someone in the cab and me greasing on the go. It works great after that.
Second, there are 2 hoses coming out of the valve stack to the auger. Behind the hose adaptors is a fixed orfice flow restrictor that needed to be drill out a very small amount. A very small piece of debri from somewhere got in there and plugged it. I wanted the auger to swing faster anyway, so I drilled them out just a very small minute amount.
Other than that, wires are about all thats left to go wrong.

1680 unloader won't swing out
