Subject: RE: Sprayer Tractor

North central North Dakota
I realize my situation is a bit different but this is what I did.  I took a JD4450 with 14.9x46 rears and use with a 3 pt sprayer.  I bought is out of the valley from a suger beet grower.  I didn't need that narrow of a tire for my 30" rows but wanted less tire for other spraying.  This past spring I put on saddle tanks with it's own hyd pump, flow meter and valve to use with the Raven controller for the liquid on the planter, then for spraying they are used for extra holding capacity.  300 gallons on 3pt Summers 60 foot sprayer.  The weight on the rear allows me to go through some wet areas (didn't have that problem excpt for irrigated land this year).  I used this on about 1500 acres this year for spraying.  I have another trailer sprayer that I use for other feild spraying also.
