Matt, As you know, there only three things will let the machine slow down in those areas. Belt, engine RPM, and sep clutch. Be sure to verify where the slip is coming from before proceeding. Clutch: Test coil for at least 12 volts. The valve won't hold in without 12, especially when hot. Blow the cooler clean......the one on the left side of the engine compartment. Tee a test guage (1000 psi) into the side of the sep valve opposite the accumulator. Pressure should be 180-200 engaged, and 200-220 disengaged. If the clutch is in fact slipping fix it fast because it won't stand much slip before it's burned out.(maybe 5-10 min) Let us know how these test come out.
