Subject: Re: Harvest time injury

Martinsville, Ohio
I keep saying I am going to get in shape for planting and harvest season and the next thing you know it is here and I am older and no better shape than last time, sometimes worse!

My chiropractor keeps my spine and nervous system in pretty good shape, my doctor keeps the blood flowing but occupational wear and maintenance on parts like your fingers takes its toll for sure!

Some say squeezing those rubber balls keeps their hands in better shape but I don't do that either...

Supplements for your cartilage sure helps here, too, like the ones for arthritis, many good brands out there, take one every morning and evening...

Vitamin C is often deficient those times of the year so we take that too, helps my respiratory system which makes everything else work better, too...
