Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80
I don't know what type of training is available, for "Electric/battery vehicle fires"(Tesla-type) ; but I know when some big cities got some Hybrid diesel/electric commuter buses, those fire depts. went thru some sort of special training or education on those particular buses.
I think Electric vehicles will be more popular, so this may be something to look into.
