Fixed axle is a hard one.  It is the pivot point of the tracks.  That can change with the balance of the tractor.  3pt implements will change it.  I have my GPS antenna mounted just off the front edge of the cab.  I think the distance to fixed axle is set at 24".  I generally use the center of the tracks as being the pivot point.
