Montana | ours has plenty of ventilation but if not in some kind of covered structure, the containment would be totally full of blow dirt and moisture. I have kept my tanks under roof and inside walls since we had to dig out our underground tanks. There is no way to keep a containment basin clean around here, even with walls and roof. What percentage evaporation do you get on a bulk tank of fuel? We seem to be short about 50 gallons of 1000
