We have a new large double wall tank for farm fuel and converted the old 2000 gallon tank for truck fuel. Local welding shop makes really nice pans for portable livestock tanks that would work awesome. Just wondering size I would need for the 2000 gallon horizontal. I know it is a gray area and maybe none is needed but while I am moving it probably would not cost much to put it in a pan.
