Thanks Badger. I may not have planned to vent it to the outside but my tank in the steel, white building is vented to the outside. I really appreciate your insight. thank You. I hope to meet you and visit in person some day. I have a 100 gallon slip tank that I keep some fuel in, on a rack in a shed. do you think it is important to vent 100 allons to the outside?

I just got a load of fuel today, 1000 gallons of gasoline and it appears that my last load evaporated fifty gallons over about three months. as I have a meter and keep a log. Does that seem like a relatively high evaporation rate,
