| I went through those series of menus, but can't see anything about fast start. Went through the Omnistar setup screens, but didn't see fast start. My subscription has already started a few days ago and everything downloaded like it was supposed to after my dealer called it in. Maybe it's already on fast start, but how do I tell?
As far as the info screen - I can cycle through all three, but don't actually see the words "convergence" anywhere. Is there some other data on those screens that I'm supposed to comprehend as being good, bad or indifferent? It says I'm using Omnistar correction, and getting anywhere from 6-9 satellites.
Says the GPS is ready to use after 2-3 minutes, but still not sure if that is the Omnistar or WAAS - again it says Omni, not WAAS, when I hit the info. button, but that may not mean anything? Can't complain about the guidance - doing a great job staying online without nudging, even on terraces. | |
