Something isn't right on their end, somewhere. I am a Pro Rep with NuTech Seeds, and neither I, nor my dealers, can sell Vistive low lins to anyone that doesn't have a signed contract for Vistive acres. No how, no way. I'm sure that every other company that sells Vistives operates under the same rules, or is supposed to. I don't know that much about the Pioneer program, but I'm going to assume it operates in a similar manner. Keep digging, even if it means going up the chain of command with both the elevator, and Pioneer, and don't take no for an answer. You planted those beans in good faith, and you shouldn't be penalized for someone else's screwup.

Good luck, and let us all know how it turns out.
