| The seed should have only been sold if you walked into the dealer with a signed contract. No contract, no sell. I'll say again, it should have been explained to you that you need to sign a contract for producing the grain first, then go to the dealer to order the seed. The dealer should not have sold you the seed until you had a signed contract.
Sounds like someone dropped the ball.
What state are you in?? With lower overall bean yields, they still may want your bushels. Stay in contact with your dealer and the elevator and don't give up.
