I had a close call with our 9500 last year, had been putting the auger in all day when there was nothing to hit and the one round where I should have had it back I forgot and wham!!! Took a branch about 8 inches around right off a tree. Put a couple dents in the tube but not enough to bother. I have done plenty of other stupid stuff though that did cost me to fix. We all have our moments. As hard as it is try not to feel bad.
