Thumb of Michigan
If things are going right, I'll dump 1000 bu when the static pressure is around 2 1/2. 25% corn (if I remember right) will take the static to about 4 from 2 1/2. On ours, above 4 static with 25% corn is extremely slow. If you can make it work, staying around 3 static all the time will move some corn out. Nothing like a bigger dryer, but at least keeping dry corn moving out all the time is better than nothing. With the controller, I set the cross augers to run when the corn gets to 16.8%. We have pretty good fans in the holding bins, and I usually have them empty by March. If you need to store longer and / or don't have good fans, you'll probably have to set it at less than 16%. I can run about 10K per day at under 20% wet, moving it at 16.8% with a controller, heat set at 140 max.
