Minnesota | Down here in Southern Minnesota for a basic sample, we charge our farmers $10 per sample if they take their own and $20 per sample if we take it for them. If they buy their fertilizer from us, we let them use one of our probes for nothing as long as they bring them back. We will charge more if they want any micronutrient tests done. There isn't much conventional sampling done here anymore. With the high price of fertilzer, most of what we do is grid sampled at $9 per acre. | |
