First is the bean truely green.. split some open, and check the color inside.. if it mostly green inside, it is a green bean.. many are just green on the outside. get a green bean, get green oil, and while i don't think it hurts oil content, the visual effect in the food we eat from that green oil is what the proccesor does not want.. Bunge got a bunch of green beans, for 2 yrs in row in fact, and said at the beginning of the first year could not handle anymore green beans, because they had to much green oil from the yr before..

I say put them in the bin. amazing sometimes at the dock received at harvest when they don't need the beans, versus dock in July/August when they are begging for them..
