My feelings are if corn holds steady, we will see a cotton corn peanuts rotation, replace the corn with grain sorghum on dryland. Dryland cotton does not impress me, just too weather dependant, but there really isn't an option to replace it with. Going to try to get some alfalfa planted by the end of this month, and if it works out, the plan is to grow it two to three years in rotation, and then follow it with one to two years of corn, but that is still down the road a ways.
