Woodham, Ontario | The last 2 weeks have been really busy. We harvested our corn silage, 4th cut alfalfa and sarted with cobmeal on monday. This year was really wet, but August was really dry and the corn dried off without maturing. It got really dry really fast. When the corn silage got too dry we took it off for cobmeal. 12ft corn was a bit much for the combine head at times. The harvester is a 7200 with a 6 row kemper head and we have a 693 corn head for cobmeal. A 7930 and 7210 with veenhuis dumptrailers hauled to the pile where the 8120 and 544H packed (no pics of that).
