Ahhhh, the saga continues! At least after this "disagreement", I'm sure any more dealings between you and them will be out of the question. Hope you can make that work for you. The way you have been treated, are you sure you want any dealings with them? Can you afford not to do anything for them?

If that statement is true, he gave up any control he had and let you negoitate a new lease. It is yours, whether the lease is written or an oral agreement between you and the landlord. PERIOD!!! End of statement!!!
