Kittitas Co. Wa. State | Think this "dairy guy" is a horse's arse... In the spring you and he agreed to disagree on the feed prices so you gave up the sub-lease on his property and custom plant for him instead. You stated the additional farm was your responsibility and he agreed.
Now this fall, he want's the additional farm (90 some odd acres) that he agreed was rightfully rented by you this spring ??

I would ask him,, " When we discussed this in the spring you agreed with me, that since I was making all the arrangements,etc.. I was the actual renter on that farm." "Now this fall you have changed your mind and decided instead that farm should be your's." "So,,, why exactly have you changed your mind between this spring and now??" | |
