If you think there is enough room for nuts on the back side of the hub, test fit two adjacent bolts through the hub, put the nuts on, and figure out a way to weld something between/across those nuts to keep them from turning. If it works you would have to do five sets, assuming a 10 bolt hub. Then there is the matter of installation, would not be much room to hold the welded pairs in place.
