Subject: dry fert through grain drill??

I was thinking about using my Krause 5430 grain drill to apply some dry fertilizer. We no-till so we can't incorporate the fert (to comply with EQIP we cannot till) I know we will have to vacuum out the box each evening to avoid moisture problems, but will the fert damage the flutes? We already have dry fert booked so I don't want to switch to liquid, plus the P is much cheaper in the dry form. any thoughts?
