1. Contact your local Kw dealer with your vin# they should be able to give you an inflated air bag measurment just because it "looks" right doesn't mean it is right.
2. Water temp should only get over 180 to 190 on a good pull try un bolting the condenser and air charge cooler from the front of the raditor then see how clean it looks we clean ours out once a year.
3. Where the shifter bolts to the trans. there are bushing that wear out easy fix if you cant find them let me know I'll get you a part #
