SEWI | Thanks for upthe replies. I like to run the head at 550 or faster to chew the stalks up, but anything or 550 and ears go flying. I do have a corn catcher over the feederhouse so that problem is fixed. When the ears come off the gathering chains to the auger it will shoot them straight forward . Have knife rolls and deck plates. Dose anybody think to raise or lower the auger will help? Lowest the auger will go is 1 .5 inches. | |
