Are the engines new or reman? I remember years ago there was a GM dealer who advertised brand new from the factory crate longblocks at those prices. Don't see any ads for factory new engines anymore around here at least. Seems there are quite a few aftermarket from various sources and some GM reman engines from dealers. But all are reman, not new new.
