Here in Quebec we do have to move dirt according to make sure to have water going out into peripherical ditches. We do not have deep top soil, so to move as minimum as possible is really important. So to use AGPS Shape Pro to prepare Land levelling plan make a HUGE difference. This software uses VCT (Vertical Curve Technology) according to you minimum slope and maximum cut allowed. So this means that if you have a portion of the field with slope greater than your minimum, system will not cut anything in this portion. You follow natural slope of your field. We have found that we are moving at least 30% less dirt and we had some field that we have moved more than 60% less dirt than laser with multiple grade break in the same field.
