This is on the GPS Setup screen (Main >> Toolbox >> GPS).
I believe this does clear the BBRAM, but with v3.06, the correct WAAS sats are defaults anyway, so you shouldn't need to do any configuration after the reset. 3.08 would be the best option, and should pretty much eliminate this issue entirely.
