Subject: What's best for working corn stalks?

tennessee
I'm looking for some type of tillage tool that will really tear up some corn stalks and leave a good seed bed. I don't work ground much anymore but when I do all I have is a 480 ih disc and it takes forever to work down the ground--many, many trips. I want something fairly cheap to buy, if that's possible nowadays, since it would'nt be used often. Would some type of disc/chisel/harrow do the trick? I guess I'm just tired of running over the same spot 5 times, there's got to be something better.....??? Oh by the way I don't want anything big, I need to be able to pull it with a 4050 or 4230. Thanks.
